Back to base alarm monitoring provides peace of mind, knowing that someone is monitoring your premises 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Not only can monitor back to base home and commercial alarms but includes hold up alarms, panic alarms, medical monitoring alarms, main failure alarms and low battery alarms.
Back to base alarm monitoring can be connected on any existing security alarm systems or we can install a new back to base alarm in your premises.
Business Monitoring
Monitored by our control room we can monitor adverse activity and liase with you by calling. You tell us your hours of operation and if you are staying on the premises later then expected simply ring and advise the control room and your account will be updated. A username and password will be required so that we can update the montoring system and commence protecting your business when you leave.
Residential Monitoring
We monitor your home and when there is an alarm activation our trained staff will action the event accordingly. Have the control room phone number on hand so that you can call and advise of accidental alarms. You will need to provide the control room with a password so that we can identify who you are.
